Product Returns

  • Return Request Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • How to Request: Send a return request with clear photos and order details to support@oneprintz.com.

  • Return Approval: Once reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping or replacement.

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed only for approved return cases (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., prints with your design or name) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or intentional tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
